BARBERTON, Ohio — Automotive aftermarket equipment and products distributor JohnDow Industries Inc. has hired Heather King to be its director of marketing.
In her role, Ms. King will be responsible for establishing and leading the marketing direction of the long-term growth strategy for the JohnDow Industries brand and its affiliated products.
She previously worked as associate manager of Marketing at OEConnection, where she was responsible for driving market growth within the automotive aftermarket repair industry. She has more than 10 years of B2B marketing and mass communication experience across multiple industries, according to JDI, managing both technical and content development initiatives.
JDI President Robert Christy called her hire "a rare opportunity to find someone like Heather who has extensive and widespread industry experience. She is a perfect fit for us as we aggressively expand our organization, and we welcome her energy, high level of professionalism and integrity to the JDI Team."
"As a growing company with strong leadership, I believe JDI will gain significant recognition and generate an even larger footprint by following its mission to foster long term relationships and success for its customers," Ms. King said.
Mr. Christy recently succeeded the retiring Drew Dawson as president of JohnDow.
