PUNE, India — Ace Ventura Tyres & Tracks has unveiled its ACE-03 L5 tread pattern, with an aggressive pattern that the company said is suitable in heavy-duty applications for skid-steer loaders, for customers in South America, Europe and Southeast Asia,
Ace Ventura said Acetrax-branded ACE-03(L5) pattern has been developed to provide a high damage resistance and the extra deep tread provides three to five times the service life of pneumatic tires.
The tire features specially designed sidewall apertures for shock absorption and is supplied as a ready-to-fit product. Ace Ventura said it fits wheel assemblies for easy replacement.
Application-specific patterns include general construction, landscaping, recycling and scrap handling, demolition, waste handling and others. The tire comes in a range of sizes to replace equivalent pneumatics (23x8.50-12, 27x8.50-15, 27x10.5-15, 10-16.5, 31.5x13-16.5, 12-16.5, etc.).
Pune-based Ace Ventura said it is working on finding a suitable partner to export tires to the U.S. and Canada. The company said its tires are supplied in government tenders.
