COLOGNE, Germany — Zhongce Rubber Group (ZC Rubber) launched its latest electric vehicle (EV) tire lineup at The Tire Cologne 2024 expo.

The WestlakeZuperAce EV features:
- "Zuper-Silent" technology, using noise-absorbing foam, 3D noise-control sound bolts and an anechoic chamber design to reduce tire noise;
- "BPOT" technology for improved handling with a 5% larger contact area at high speeds compared with conventional tires;
- Hybrid Formula to optimize grip and stability; and
- DMOT design theory and Gen II Hybrid Silane tread compound to help reduce rolling resistance and increase mileage by 10%.
The tire earned an AAA grade on the European Union tire label for energy efficiency, wet grip and external rolling noise, the company said.
The WestlakeZuperAce Z-007 EV Ready and the Goodride Solmax 1 EV Ready build upon the dry and wet performance of their predecessors, while integrating improved environmental properties and comfort characteristics, ZC Rubber said.
The tires feature upgraded EV tread compound technology to reduce rolling resistance while maintaining high mileage and enhancing overall performance and are designed for electric or hybrid vehicles.
