TIVOLI, Italy — Yokohama TWS plans to increase prices on Trelleborg and Mitas tires by up to 5% across all segments globally.
The increases will be implemented in May.
This price adjustment is a result of strong inflation over the last two years, a rise in the cost of raw materials and higher inbound logistic costs, the company said.
Specific details regarding the actual price change will be communicated directly to customers by Trelleborg representatives in each market, the company said.
Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. acquired Trelleborg Wheel Systems in May 2023 and renamed it Yokohama TWS. The company offers Trelleborg- and Mitas-brand agriculture, construction and material handling tires.
