DAYTON, Tenn. — Nokian Tyres is offering a rebate throughout the month of October for consumers who purchase a set of certain winter, all-weather and all-season tires.
The rebate, held in conjunction with the 90th anniversary of Nokian producing the first winter tire, will be available on purchases of the Hakkapeliitta winter product line, as well from the Nokian Tyres One, Outpost and Remedy portfolios.
Rebates include:
- • $80 off a set of Hakkapeliitta 10 and Hakkapeliitta R5 winter tires;
- • $80 off the all-weather Nokian Tyres Remedy WRG5;
- • $80 off the all-terrain Nokian Tyres Outpost APT; and
- • $60 off the all-season Nokian Tyres One.
- The rebate is restricted to these models purchased between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31 are eligible. Consumers must provide a copy of their invoice by Nov, 30 to receive the rebate.
- The rebate is available to consumers who purchase tires from participating U.S. retailers. The rebate wil be paid via a prepaid card.
"October is an important time for drivers to plan how they will stay safe on the road this winter," Nokian Tyres North America Director of Marketing Hans Dyhrman said. "Whether that means dedicated winter tires in northern locales, all-weather tires where winter visits, or all-season tires for mild conditions, we are with consumers as they make that important decision."
Nokian Tyres said it invented the winter tire in 1934 and introduced the all-weather passenger tire to North America in 1999. Its all-season and all-weather tires for the U.S. and Canada are manufactured at Nokian's plant in Dayton, Tenn.
