CYPRESS, Calif. — Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. will raise prices again across all tire categories in the U.S., by up to 8.5%, effective Aug. 1.
The tire maker said the increase is the result of continued price spikes in raw materials and logistics.
It marks the second increase in three months for Toyo. On May 1, the tire maker increased prices on most consumer and commercial tires in the U.S. by up to 6% and increased prices similarly on "non-winter" passenger and light truck tires in Canada.
