FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Akebono Brake Corporation has hired Willy Molina as the Southeast District Manager for the company's aftermarket sales team.
Mr. Molina has more than 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, starting out on the lube rack of a local repair shop and eventually running five professional service centers, the company said. He spent 12 years in outside sales and store manager roles at AutoPlus/Pep Boys and Bennett Auto Supply. He then worked at Dorman Products before moving into his most recent position as Territory Sales Manager at Petro Choice.
