MEMPHIS — Private- and import-brand distributor Unicorn Tire Corp. is looking to add a fourth warehouse before year-end.
The company said it plans to open a D/C in the Northeast in 2025, "further enhancing our ability to meet growing demand."
Unicorn's existing warehouses are in Memphis (opened in 2007), Houston (opened in 2022), and Las Vegas (opened in 2023). Its headquarters are in Memphis.
The two most recent warehouse additions, in Houston and Las Vegas, bolstered service in the South and West, respectively, the company said, "ensuring faster delivery times," Unicorn said.
"We've positioned each warehouse to ensure efficient, nationwide distribution," Michael Dorr, director of sales and marketing at Unicorn Tire, said.
"This approach allows us to meet our customers' needs more effectively while supporting the growth of both the Travelstar and Mastertrack brands. As demand continues to rise, we remain committed to ensuring our products are available when and where they're needed."
Unicorn said the warehouses serve customers by maintaining consistent inventory levels and reducing lead times.
The Mastertrack line has been a staple in Unicorn Tire's portfolio for nearly two decades.
Unicorn offers a range of passenger, light truck, specialty trailer, commercial truck, bus and radial tires.
