PHOENIX — Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. opened a pair of Sun Auto-branded retail locations in the Houston market recently, and it expects to open three more before year-end.
The dealership is celebrating its five-store expansion in the greater Houston area by giving away a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport.
"Sun Auto Tire & Service is committed to providing the best tire and auto service experience for Houston's residents," Bob Ford, senior director operational excellence, Sun Auto Tire, said.
"This market expansion is just one way we are demonstrating this dedication, and our Bronco Sport giveaway is our way of showing our appreciation."
Sun Auto Tire operates 17 locations in the Houston area.
The two sites that opened recently are a 14-bay store in Richmond and a 12-bay store in Tomball, Texas. Both locations employ 13 associates.
The three locations expected to open before year-end are a 14-bay stores in Katy and Spring, Texas, and an 11-bay location in Missouri City, Texas. Each of these locations is expected to employ eight associates.
Texas residents can enter to win the Ford Bronco Sport Giveaway by visiting a local Sun Auto Tire location.
Sun Auto Tire has nearly 400 auto service businesses in 18 states, operating under 26 brand names.
Earlier this year the dealership opened its 18th Driver's Edge Tire & Auto Service store in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.
