The new facility features cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly processes for wheel restoration, the dealership said, noting that its technicians will use advanced equipment for inspection, surface preparation, pre-treatment and automated coating techniques to enhance the wheels' appearance and longevity.
The facility can handle both steel and aluminum wheels and can repaint steel wheels with a durable powder-coat finish in a variety of colors to match customers' brand or preference.
"This facility is a game-changer for commercial fleets," Scott Stephenson, director of wheel maintenance, said.
"Our high-capacity production allows us to quickly turn around a premium quality finish not previously seen in our industry. Fleets can expect a faster, more efficient process that keeps their vehicles looking sharp and performing optimally."
