CARLISLE, Pa. — Jack Williams Tire Co. Inc. has opened a tire and auto service store in Carlisle, its 39th retail location overall.
The dealership said the new store, located on Harrisburg Pike, features amenities such as a spacious waiting area, free Wifi and an internet bar. In addition, it houses state-of-the-art equipment from Hunter Engineering Co., including Road Force wheel balancers, touch-less tire changers and a Hawkeye Elite alignment system.
It is the company's fourth store in the Harrisburg area.
"We are excited to expand in the greater Harrisburg area, which we have been serving for over 20 years," Bill Williams, chairman of Jack Williams Tire, said. "We have been planning and looking for a location in Carlisle for several years and are overwhelmed by the great reception by the community so far."
The location stocks a large selection of name brand tires and custom wheels, according to the company, and is set up to perform a variety of automotive maintenance and repair work, including brakes, wheel alignments, oil changes and state inspections. The location will offer curbside drop-off and pick-up, courtesy shuttle service, touch-less mobile payments, online appointments and the company's "Jack" mobile tire service.
"We are excited to bring the Jack Williams' 'Right Way' commitment to servicing our customers and the community of Carlisle," Keith Hench, general manager of the Carlisle location, said.
