WASHINGTON — The U.S. Tire Manufacturers Association (USTMA) has elected three new members to its board of directors: Scott Damon of Bridgestone Americas and Ryan Waldron and Brad Heim of Goodyear.
Damon serves as CEO of Bridgestone West (Americas and EMEA) and group president of Bridgestone Americas. He also holds the role of global chief digital transformation officer of Bridgestone Corp.
He joined Bridgestone Americas in 1996 as a development engineer for Bandag in Muscatine, Iowa, and has held several leadership roles within the company.
Waldron is the president of Goodyear's Americas region. Since joining Goodyear in 2003, Waldron has held numerous leadership positions in finance and supply chain, including vice president roles overseeing supply chain, logistics and business strategy.
Prior to being named to his current role in 2024, Waldron served as president of Goodyear's North America consumer business.
Heim serves as vice president, product development Americas, for Goodyear and will fill the company's second seat on the USTMA board.
Heim has held various leadership roles across product development, manufacturing and quality. He previously served as vice president, global quality, in the Goodyear Global Operations and Technology organization.

USTMA consists of 11 tire industry companies that operate 56 tire-related manufacturing facilities in 16 states.
