TAMPA, Fla. — RNR Tire Express (RNR) has promoted Susan Vice to vice president of finance after more than four years as the franchise retailer's financial controller.
Vice will help guide RNR's strategic growth, with a focus on the long-term financial success of the brand and its franchisees, and oversee RNR's accounting department with a team of 13 professionals tasked with streamlining processes and implementing financial software, the company announced in a press release.
Founded in 2000, RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer known for its lease-to-own payment options. RNR has more than 200 stores in 29 states and continues to seek franchisees.
"I am very fortunate to work for a company that truly puts its people first," Vice said. "Being able to grow the presence of women in the tire and wheel industry is a special opportunity that I don't take for granted. I'm excited to continue my journey at RNR and help the brand as it expands to new markets across the country."
Prior to joining RNR Tire Express in October 2020, Vice held leadership roles with emerging restaurant brands, as well as large chains, including Wendy's, Outback Steakhouse and Chili's.
"Susan is incredibly deserving of this new role, and we couldn't be more thrilled for her," said Adam Sutton, CEO of RNR Tire Express. "Her extensive experience and dedication to our company's financial well-being contributed to our decision to position her as the leader of our finance team. We are excited for the future and are looking forward to this next phase of growth under her leadership."
