TAMPA, Fla. — RNR Tire Express has hired franchising veteran Aurea Salaberrios as its national marketing director.
Salaberrios most recently spent three years as the sales and marketing director of automotive franchise All Tune and Lube. Priot to that, she worked in the marketing department for a mega church as well as Safelite Auto Glass.
Her career in the auto industry began in staffing for automotive manufacturing doing sales and marketing. With prior experience in the automotive marketing space, Salaberrios is able to immediately join the team and contribute to the growth of the brand, RNR said.
"I knew early on in the interview process with RNR that this company was the perfect fit for me," Salaberrios said.
"Not only have I spent my career, for the most part, in service-based industries, but from the jump, the company culture of RNR stood out as something I wanted to be a part of," she said.
"I find the automotive industry and the pivotal role it plays in our economy incredibly interesting, and I love to put myself in the mindset of the customer journey from start to finish and market RNR's incredible services."
In her new role, Salaberrios is responsible for leading the marketing efforts of the brand both at the corporate and franchisee level.
She plans to implement new marketing strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and assist franchisees with their strategy and analyze data to see how effective their marketing efforts are at the local level.
"As RNR continues its growth, bringing in the right people at the right time plays a crucial role in moving us forward," said Larry Sutton, founder of RNR Tire.
"Aurea's expertise in both marketing and the automotive industry makes her the perfect fit to guide our brand as a leader in the industry. We are excited to see her push the boundaries as we continue to grow together."
There are nearly 200 franchised RNR retail locations active in 29 states, the Tampa-based franchisor said.
