TAMPA, Fla. — RNR Tire Express has hired Trish Deschenes to fill the new role of franchise sales director, part of RNR's executive management team.
In her position, Deschenes will focus on strengthening the brand's development pipeline in 2024 and expand the reach of the RNR concept into more communities.
Deschenes spent the last 13 years at IntelligentOffice.com, a franchisor of shared office-space businesses, where she was senior director of franchise development before joining RNR.
Tampa-based RNR said she credits her familiarity and individual approach with the operations of a franchise business to her experience there, and believes it will help to bolster the RNR sales process.
"RNR's commitment to culture and community is what struck me the most when I first had the opportunity to sit down with their corporate team," Deschenes said, noting it attracted her to RNR.
"Most brands just talk the talk, but RNR Tire Express walks the walk, which is a rarity in this day and age of business."
Deschenes will be tasked with maximizing avenues for public connection to educate prospective franchisees on the value of RNR's franchise opportunity, elevating sales practices and capabilities, and executing on the franchise's multi-unit ownership directive.
"Our team has some incredible milestones on the horizon, such as welcoming our 200th location in the New Year," Larry Sutton, founder and CEO of RNR Tire Express, said.
"Trish's introduction to the RNR family is meant to do so much more than help us get there, but to ensure it's another milestone in a long line of those to come."
