GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — FullSpeed Automotive, frachisor of the Grease Monkey, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service and Kwik Kar retail chains, has hired Laura Sasser to be its senior vice president of retail store operations for all brands.
Sasser comes to FullSpeed after spending the past 18 years at Channel Control Merchants L.L.C. "Laura's capabilities and commitment to excellence align perfectly with our people-first culture. She is proven in consistently delivering maximum results, has a keen eye for driving continuous process improvement, and cultivates high-performing teams."
Throughout her career, Sasser has been instrumental in optimizing store operations, streamlining processes and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and profitability, FullSpeed said.
"With extensive experience in retail operations that consistently deliver exceptional results, I look forward to helping reach FullSpeed's goal of doubling sales in the next four to five years," Sasser said.
