GREENWOOD, Ind. — Ride control specialist KYB Americas Corp. has promoted Ryan Dickerman to the newly created position of national sales manager.
Formerly KYB's East region sales manager, Dickerman will guide the firm's sales teams in the East, Central and West regions.
The promotion is one of several that KYB Americas said will be announced in the coming weeks.
Dickerman has been with KYB for nearly 16 years. He started as a customer service representative in 2007 and has has served as customer service manager, territory sales manager and most recently regional sales manager.
In his last role, Dickerman oversaw sales in 23 states and Puerto Rico and managed six territorial managers.
Business Director Mike Fiorito Ryan called Dickerman " bright and energetic" and someone who is "highly regarded by customers and has earned the respect of the entire KYB organization."
Dickerman will report to Paul Kratzer, director of sales for Canada and the U.S.
Kratzeer said Dickerman's past roles "have prepared him to take on the next level of responsibilities. His commitment to our customers and associates will lead him to success."
A new East region sales manager has not been named yet.
