Adam Sutton named CEO of RNR Tire

TAMPA, Fla.— RNR Tire Express has promoted Adam Sutton, son of founder Larry Sutton, to CEO, one of four appointments made recently by the tire and custom-wheel retail-system franchisor.

RNR also named Matthew Warren, former senior vice president, to chief operations officer; Kyle Parman, president of corporate store operations; and Matt King, vice president of corporate store operations.

Larry Sutton called the promotions "a significant milestone for our brand, underscoring our commitment to continually improving and always strengthening our strategic leadership team to best serve our franchisees and customers."

He called the three "pivotal in driving the RNR brand forward as a leader in the rent-to-own tire and wheel space and creating a culture that our team members desire and deserve. Our brands future is in good hands as we continue to expand our presence across the country."

Adam Sutton, who has with the brand since 2017, previously was president of RNR. In his new role, he will oversee the RNR franchise system, which includes nearly 200 locations nationwide. RNR said he will focus on guiding growth through creative and strategic innovation while staying true to the brand's "family-friendly culture and legacy that has stood the test of time."

Warren has been with RNR for seven years, and will lead all company operations and departments while being tasked to implement "proactive and dynamic solutions to help drive bottom line results and optimize operational efficiency." The company said he will use strategic planning and commitment to fostering a collaborative environment, setting the "RNR team up for ample success for many years to come."

As president of corporate store operations, Parman will oversee operations "to ensure alignment with the company goals and driving overall performance." He has been with the company for more than two decades, RNR said, and is a multi-unit franchisee owner in Florida.

RNR said lead cross-functional teams, manage performance metrics and foster a caring culture that aligns with the RNR brand. His experience, RNR said, gives him "a unique advantage in helping ensure operational excellence, financial performance and a VIP customer experience across the corporate stores.

King will oversee 25 corporate store's daily activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all operation processes. This new role, RNR said, will include monitoring performance, managing risk and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

King also has more than 20 years of experience with the company. He worked his way up from a tire technician to regional director and has equity ownership in several corporate stores in Florida.

RNR said it is committed to expansion in the West. The company said it anticipates its 200th location to open by year-end.
