EVANSVILLE, Ind. — Accuride Corp. has appointed Robin Kendrick as the company's new president and CEO, effective June 1.
Before joining Accuride, Mr. Kendrick was a top executive at BorgWarner Inc., first as president and general manager of its Transmission Systems business, then as president and general manager of its Turbo Systems business.
Prior to BorgWarner, Mr. Kendrick was president and CEO of RGF-A.G., a spinoff of Acument Global Technologies.
Mr. Kendrick joined the Accuride board of directors in March 2018 and will continue as a director after becoming president and CEO, the company said.
Jason Luo, a senior adviser to Crestview Partners, the majority owner of Accuride, joined the Accuride board of directors in August 2018. Mr. Luo was named interim president and CEO in January 2019.
After Mr. Kendrick succeeds him, Mr. Luo will become chairman of the board, replacing Crestview Co-Founder Thomas S. Murphy Jr. Mr. Murphy will remain on the board, according to Accuride.
