"Every shop can benefit from upping their technology game, but not every shop is fully taking advantage of it, and some simply don't know how to make the most of it," Dave Weston, director of marketing for Bolt On, said.
"Tech's use in your repair operation isn't limited to diagnosing and fixing cars. It's your most effective way to engage customers, drive repeat business, and increase AROs," said Mr. Saline, vice president of sales for Drive.
Mr. Burkhauser, Bolt On's director of education, is an auto repair specialist with more than 35 years of experience. Mr. Saline, with 30-plus years of experience, has been involved in the automotive and truck repair business.
Gretchen Geist also will discuss how she implemented Digital Vehicle Inspections from Bolt On and best practices from Drive in her Alaska repair shop, Diamond Plated Automotive.
