MONROVIA, Calif. — Double Coin Holdings Ltd. and its CMA L.L.C. subsidiary have made three changes to its leadership team, naming Teresa Galvan as CMA's director of strategic operation, Brian Rainwater as the leader of distribution, logistics and purchasing, and Jackie Concepcion as director of customer service.
The company said the moves were made to streamline operations and improve CMA's overall customer experience. The appointments become effective Jan. 1.
Ms. Galvan is taking on a new position within the marketing and operations. Tim Phillips, vice president of marketing and operations, called her "a true professional" and "an invaluable member of the CMA team for over 11 years, working in several customer care positions."
Mr. Rainwater, who has been with the company for five years, will be tasked with tying the customer experience to operations and improve it "so that we as a company will be able to deliver more value to the customer," Mr. Phillips said.
Prior to being appointed to her new position, Ms. Concepcion served as a team leader in customer service at off-road tire maker Camso Inc. Her responsibilities included onboarding and training customer service agents, integrating with the sales team to improve the customer experience, tracking factory direct purchases, developing a system of corrective and preventative action (CAPA) for process improvement initiatives and implementing the company's CRM program.
