GREENWOOD, Ind. — KYB Americas Corp. has named Jim Thomas and Jessica Young to customer support positions, moves that KYB Vice President Mike Fiorito said makes the company "smarter and stronger."
Mr. Thomas, who joined KYB in September 2014 as a customer support representative, will step into the role of customer support manager. KYB noted that he has more than 30 years of customer support experience.
During his tenure with KYB, Mr. Thomas has been a customer support supervisor and been active with the company's community service team, through which he dedicates time and organizes efforts to support the local community.
Ms. Young, who was named a customer support representative, joined KYB as part of the company's packaging team. She will report to Mr. Thomas.
"Her skills," KYB said, "will be an asset to the KYB team as she helps gather and interpret information to better service our customers."
