COMPTON, Calif. — 4 Wheel Parts (4WP) has opened retail locations in Pittsburgh, Pa., and Odessa, Texas, expanding its network to 94 stores throughout North America.
4 Wheel Parts, a subsidiary of Transamerica Auto Parts/Polaris Industries, will hold grand-opening events on Feb. 16 at both locations, with a $1,000 shopping spree to win at both locations. In Pittsburgh visitors can enter to win a Polaris SXS UTV valued at more than $18,000.
The new stores are 4 Wheel Parts' second retail outlet in Pennsylvania and 13th in Texas. The company did not disclose the stores' sizes or staffing levels.
"4WP recognizes the enthusiasm and passion of the American workers in the heart of the steel and oil industry," Greg Bolton, director store operations and development, said of the new locations.
"Consumers that have known the 4WP brand from retail locations in Cleveland, Columbiana, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston will have local experts to provide sales and service, as well as share their love for the off-road lifestyle."
Local off-road organizations will be supporting the events, including Wicked Jeeps and Misfit Jeep Club in Pennsylvania and the Rock Hard Jeep Club in Texas.
4WP stores carry popular off-roading brands such as Smittybilt, Warn, Road Armor, Fox Racing Shox, Ranch Hand, Fishbone Off-Road, Rubicon Express, Bestop, Fab Fours and Pro Comp, Mickey Thompson and Dick Cepek tires.
