    NORCROSS, Ga. — Mighty Distributing System of America has promoted four employees to key leadership roles in line with anticipated sales growth in 2019 and beyond.

    The four employees are:

    • Brad Bradshaw, executive vice president of marketing and product management, promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer;
    • Josh D'Agostino, vice president of business development, promoted to executive vice president and chief development officer;
    • Mike Hudgins, director of sales, promoted to vice president of sales;
    • Keith Healy, director of product management, promoted to vice president of product management.

    "Each of these individuals has been paramount to the growth and success of Mighty and these changes recognize outstanding performance as well as continue to strengthen Mighty's Home Office team," Mighty President and CEO Ken Volker said, noting that the four have more than 70 years of combined experience with Mighty.

    Mr. Bradshaw has been with Mighty for more than 20 years. In his new role, he will continue to oversee Mighty's business operations in marketing, product information and product management, as well as Mighty's distribution center in Jackson, Tenn.

    Mr. D'Agostino has “extensive experience” implementing strategies that drive growth, Mighty said. In his new role he will oversee Mighty franchise development, franchise operations, sales strategies and competitive acquisitions.

    Mr. Hudgins brings 30 years of experience, both with Mighty corporate and with Mighty franchises, to his new position.

    Mr. Healy started with Mighty in 2003. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing Mighty product programs, which includes product life-cycle, supplier relationships, quality control, and maintaining brand integrity.
