WAALWIJK, Netherlands — Off-the-road tire specialist Magna Tyre Group has added three sizes to its Magna M-Terrain E4 tire designed specifically for articulated dump trucks in difficult off-road conditions.
The new sizes — 50/65R25, 875/65R29 and 800/80R29 — expand the M-Terrain E4 series line to seven sizes.
The all-steel radial tires have a non-directional E4 tread that the company said enhances performance and traction and guarantees better load performance and ease of operation.
Magna said all M-Terrain tires are heat resistant because of a state-of-the-art casing.
Magna recently doubled production capacity at its plant in Hardenberg, Netherlands, increasing production to 7,000 tires per year for the 17.5R25, 20.5R25 and 23.5R25 size ranges.
