LOGAN, Utah — Software developer and ecommerce provider Tire Guru Software, Websites and More has launched a customizable mobile app for tire and automotive dealers that it said will assist consumers in shopping for tires, scheduling service and receiving notifications.
According to Tire Guru, the app allows customers to shop for tires and wheels 24/7 and schedule service, streamlining the process.
The app also provides notifications for service reminders as well as rebates, promotions and coupon savings, including those from manufacturers.
Roadside assistance can be scheduled, and the app provides a store locator, phone numbers and directions.
Consumers can view and manage their loyalty program/rewards, plus review previous service history and maintenance records for their vehicles.
"We want to provide consumers with one app that can handle everything they need to manage their vehicles," said Clint Nicholls, president of Tire Guru Software.
Tire Guru representatives will be at the 2018 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show, Oct. 30-Nov. 2 in Las Vegas, to discuss the software.
