COLOMBO, Sri Lanka — Specialty tire manufacturer Global Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. (GRI) has revamped its website, www.gritires.com, with a "clean" design and an "intuitive and consistent" navigation system.
GRI said the site's menu functionality has been improved, and a layout directs users to information most relevant to them. It is responsive to all mobile devices, GRI said, making it easy to navigate on a wide range of web browsers and multiple devices.
According to GRI, the website reflects what GRI stands for and its values in developing, manufacturing and delivering high quality and performance specialty tires.
Among the features is an advanced tire finder, an application that focuses on GRI's lineup of agriculture, construction and material handling tires, allowing users to filter through tire selections and narrow down the search for the tire that best suits their specific needs.
GRI Founder and Managing Director Prabhash Subasinghe called the site "a contemporary, multi-functional and highly resourceful website with an exceptional user-friendly interface. It will ensure speed and effectiveness, providing visitors with a more interactive manner of discovering the full range of GRI products."
News and information on the site is available in nine languages — English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese.
The GRI website is integrated with social media links for Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and LinkedIn, and it also features career opportunities available at GRI, allowing candidates to apply directly on the site.
GRI recently launched its latest agricultural tires, the Green XLR 70 and 85, as well as its range of flotation, tractor and implement tires, during the Farm Progress Show in late August in Boone, Iowa.
