Some 2008-11 Ford Crown Victoria, Mercury Marquis and Lincoln Town Car models may produce a coolant leak at the upper/left portion of the radiator.
After performing a visual inspection you'll probably find that the leak is actually coming from the transmission cooler, where the transmission lines enter the cooler. Ford reported it has had troubles with the cooler assembly.
Replacing the transmission cooler/condenser core with an updated unit, part No. BW7Z-19712-A, should put the leakage issue to rest.
