AKRON — Goodyear has promoted a trio of executives in its Americas business unit with responsibilities in the North American replacement and OE market segments.
The three are: Andy Traicoff, formerly vice president, sales and customer development, North America consumer; Mike Dwyer, chief marketing officer, North America consumer; and Chris Magana, director, categories, North America consumer
Mr. Traicoff, a 18-year Goodyear veteran, was named vice president, customer experience, Americas, tasked with developing an "integrated customer engagement approach" for the Americas region to make it easier for customers to do business with Goodyear.
Mr. Dwyer, a Goodyear employee since 2014, will become chief customer officer, North America consumer, with responsibility for OE as well as replacement sales.
Mr. Magana, a 20-year Goodyear veteran, has been named vice president and general manager, original equipment, North America consumer. He succeeds Ken Hertl, who plans to retire.
