TAMPA, Fla. — RNR Tire Express & Custom Wheels and Bolt On Technology L.L.C. again have earned spots on Inc. magazine's list of fastest-growing privately owned companies in the U.S.
RNR Tire Express reported its franchise-related revenues have more than doubled in the past three years to $4.3 million last year, securing the Tampa-based business spot No. 3,514 on the magazine's 2018 list.
Shop-management software developer Bolt On Technology's revenues have grown 244 percent in three years to $6.5 million last year, securing spot No. 1,842 on the Inc. list.
Companies are ranked according to the growth percentage of annual revenue over a three-year period. To be featured on the list, applicants must have demonstrated increased growth, revenue and reputation.
"We are honored to be recognized by Inc. magazine for the fourth year in a row and are humbled to be ranked among some of the most influential brands in the nation," RNR Tire President and Founder Larry Sutton said.
"RNR has seen tremendous growth and development this year as a direct result of our entire system's passion and diligence in providing high-quality products, services and experiences to each and every one of our customers."
Over the last year, RNR has experienced growth in store openings and in multi-store franchise agreements that represent dozens of new locations in the coming years.
Among these are a deal with OzarkGa L.L.C. covering 16 RNR Tire locations in Alabama and Georgia over the next six years and another with Daniel Vail Investments L.L.C. covering up to 29 locations in Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa.
The company also has deals with franchise groups in Colorado and Nevada to open stores in those markets as well.
This is the second straight year both RNR and Bolt On have made Inc.'s list.
