BETHESDA, Md. — July 6 is the deadline for interested auto aftermarket industry professionals to register for the Auto Care Association's (ACA) Aug. 21-22 trade mission to Chile.
The ACA is organizing the trade mission under the U.S. Department of Commerce's Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP), which gave the ACA an award to support export promotion projects to Latin America, the ACA said.
Participants in the trade mission will have customized one-on-one meetings with prospective customers and partners in Chile, according to the association.
They also will receive hotel accommodations, local transportation, meals, interpreters, a market overview briefing and a networking reception, it said.
The trade mission is open to all companies in the auto aftermarket industry, and qualifying companies are eligible to receive a $1,500 offset of the costs of the trade mission package, the ACA said.
The ACA previously sponsored trade missions to Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
