LEBANON, Tenn. — Wilson County Tire & Retreading has expanded its Lebanon retread plant/commercial tire service location to accommodate growing demand for its goods and services.
Wilson County Tire — owned by Sumerel Tire Service owner Bob Majewski — now offers fleet inspection services via a drive-through entrance with two large bays to its range of services, which include road calls, a mounted wheel program and wheel refurbishing, new tires and pick-up/delivery.
The project increased the size of the plant 54 percent to 38,000 square feet and will allow Wilson County Tire to expand retread capacity as well. The plant opened in 2014 as a licensed Marangoni Ringtread facility.
"We are pleased and excited about our expansion as this will allow us the opportunity to continue to offer the highest quality remanufactured commercial tires in the market," Rick Majewski, vice president operations, said.
"Our success has always been and will continue to be a result of our deep-seated sense of attention to detail, high quality products & services and our associate's customer first attitude. We are so thankful and appreciative to all of our customers for our continued growth and we look forward to meeting their quality and service expectations long into the future."
