DALLAS — Digital shop management provider autotext.me has changed its name to autoflow.
"Autotext.me has outgrown our name," said Chris Cloutier, company founder and co-owner of Golden Rule Auto Care in Rowlett, Texas.
"We killed it because it no longer symbolizes who we are; we are now Autoflow."
Autoflow is a cloud-based tool offering digital solutions for workflow, communication, vehicle inspections, work orders, quality control and customer rewards and referrals for auto repair shops.
Autoflow integrates with a variety of shop management systems and focuses on streamlining everyday processes for improved shop efficiency, customer service and profitability, the company said.
Autoflow recently introduced a digital work order that enables technicians to clock in and out of jobs and provides reporting that captures technician efficiency. Pictures, notes, and videos can be attached, and reports may be sent to customers via print, text or email.
