Owners of 2007-08 Toyota Tundra pickup trucks and 2008 Sequoia SUVs with V8 engines may complain of an oil leak from the bottom of the engine.
Although at first glance, the leak may appear to originate from the oil pan gasket, a more likely point, Toyota said, is the O-ring on the oil dipstick tube.
Replacing the O-ring with an updated design, part No. 96721-19010, should eliminate further trouble.
