FALLS CHURCH, Va. — The Tire Retread & Repair Information Bureau (TRIB) has redesigned its website in an effort to make it easier to navigate and provide quicker access to the bureau's key resources.
Some key features of the redesign include:
- Enhanced access to TRIB's video library, which includes a tour of modern retread plants, explanations of the true causes of rubber on our roads and the environmental benefits of retreading.
- Straightforward access to the Tread Rubber Manufacturers Group's Recommended Practices for Retreading and Tire Repairing.
- A redesigned online store for easier access to TRIB and TIA reference and training materials.
- Quicker access to key resources such as government studies on retreading, DOT code lookup, a library of articles busting the myths around retreading and a retread tire buyer's guide.
TRIB said it will continue to add features throughout 2018 on the environmental and economic benefits of retreading.
