ROVERTO, Italy — Marangoni S.p.A.has been deemed one of the "happiest places to work" among Italian companies with more than 250 employees, according to a survey administered by the international statistics company Statista Inc.
Employees from around 400 Italian companies were asked a dozen questions about their satisfaction with their employer, work conditions and the work relationship with direct managers.
Margoni ranked 13th in the automotive and vehicle construction sector. Ferrari N.V. and Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. were among the leaders in the category.
The results of the survey recently were published in the national weekly magazine Panorama.
Marangoni pledged to continue to make the work environment even better.
Dino Maggioni, Marangoni Group CEO, said this survey was different that others in that employees could express their opinions freely and anonymously.
"It is thus a very positive survey, which accurately confirms what we perceive on a daily basis in interpersonal relations with our employees," Mr. Maggioni said. "All this represents extraordinary encouragement to pursue the path we have already undertaken, to always do better in the management of an even better quality of the work environment, internal and external human relations and teamwork".
