MONROE, Mich. — Tenneco Inc. will celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Expert Plus dealer loyalty program with additional rewards, the company said.
The 2018 program will offer members a profit-producing 10-coupon "preferred customer" rebate book that includes offer extensions from Tenneco's Monroe Shocks & Struts and Walker Emissions Control partners, Tenneco said.
It will also offer:
- A year-long calendar of consumer and trade promotions designed to increase business;
- Access to a comprehensive e-learning program; and
- A complete point-of-sale kit.
The kit includes an illuminated Monroe wall sign, educational computer decals; floor graphics; and additional point-of-sale materials, Tenneco said.
The Expert Plus program provides a complete set of educational, promotional and awareness tools that are aimed at helping automotive service providers boost business in these categories, according to the company.
Tenneco will award bonus points to long-term Expert Plus members who renew in 2018, the company said. Members with five or more consecutive years of participation will be eligible for varying levels of bonus points, it said.
Other enhancements to Expert Plus include:
- A redesigned Expert Plus website;
- A new e-store that makes it easier for members to acquire promotional merchandise, tools and branded apparel, along with allowing for payment via credit card or Expert Plus points;
- Access to an expanded catalog of ride control, emissions control and brakes technical e-learning courses; and
- Enrollment in Monroe and Walker Dealer Locator search tools.
The annual enrollment fee for Expert Plus is $120, Tenneco said. Tenneco sales representatives can enroll customers into the program, the company said.
