CARSON, Calif. — APC Automotive Technolgies has promoted 28-year industry veteran Greg Woo to president of its Centric Parts, Qualis Automotive and StopTech businesses.
In his new position, Mr. Woo will take responsibility for all operations and will serve as the executive team leader for product management, purchasing and operations.
Hugh Charvat, CEO of Cetric Parts' parent company APC Automotive Technolgies, said Mr. Woo has been a "indispensable part of the Centric family" for more than 10 years, and praised his leadership and dedication.
"This promotion is not only a testament to his hard work, expertise, and knowledge of our industry," Mr. Charvat said, "but also our confidence in his abilities to keep Centric on top and continue to grow the business."
He succeeds Dan Lelchuk, who recently was named a strategic adviser to APC's board of directors.
Prior to taking over as the president of Centric Parts, Mr. Woo was president of Power Performance Group, which was acquired by Centric in 2007. At that time, he became president/general manager of StopTech, the performance brake division of Centric.
Mr. Woo also was president of APS/Neuspeed from 1998–2004.
