DOWNINGTON, Pa. — United Tire & Service is launching a loyalty rewards program under the "Drive United" umbrella that's designed to "reward, engage and retain" its existing customer base while also attracting first-time customers with incentives.
United Tire, which operates 17 outlets throughout eastern Pennsylvania, is partnering with marketing technology provider Clutch Holdings L.L.C. and business software developer TCS Technologies to launch the program.
"The relationship between businesses and consumers is changing, so we need to be forward-thinking in terms of our marketing approach," said Ken Sylvester, a founding member of United Tire.
"Clutch provides new and fresh technology that will enable us to better understand our customer base in a modern way."
Clutch will integrate directly with United Tire's current TCS Technologies-based point-of-sale system in order to provide detailed analytics that identify customers, understand their behaviors and deliver a more personalized overall customer experience.
