AKRON — Goodyear has made two leadership changes in its consumer business division, promoting Mike Dwyer to chief marketing officer and Mike Dauberman to chief digital officer.
The appointments are effective immediately. Both will report to Scott Rogers, who recently was named president, North America Consumer.
Goodyear said Mr. Dwyer will be responsible for brand, product and retail/shopper marketing; interactive/e-commerce; market research; and Goodyear Racing.
Mr. Dwyer joined Goodyear in 2014 as marketing director for its North America consumer business, where he was instrumental in extending Goodyear's relationship with college football and establishing the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic.
Mr. Dwyer later became global head of brand marketing. Before joining Goodyear, he worked for Unilever N.V., driving growth in brands across multiple consumer product categories.
