FARNHAM, Quebec — Tire equipment maker Martins Industries Inc. is expanding its line of tire-inflation technology with the launch of a handheld, automatic digital tire inflator intended to enhance mobility and productivity.
The new product, No. MHA-100, can be used to inflate tires on cars, trucks, tractors, military vehicles and airplanes to pre-programmed, measurable pressure levels, according to Farnham-based Martins Industries.
Because the battery charge can last up to 500 inflation cycles, the firm claims the new inflator is a "highly mobile and convenient solution for safe and reliable tire inflation needs."
Martins Industries President Martin Depelteau said the inflator offers users "consistent and reliable results," adding that "it will only require the touch of a button to repeat the inflation cycles."
Martins Industries produces tire-storage, -inflation and -handling systems at its its plants in Canada and China. It maintains offices and distribution centers in Canada, the U.S., Australia and the United Arab Emirates. Additional details about the firm and its products are available at martinsindustries.com.
