Goodyear declares common stock dividend

AKRON — Goodyear's directors have declared a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share of common stock.

The Akron-based tire maker said the dividend is payable Sept. 1 to shareholders of record on Aug. 1, 2017. The payout represents an annual rate of 40 cents per share.
