CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Openbay Corp. has released Openbay ASP, an Android-based mobile app for automotive service professionals that allows them to receive real-time notifications from on-line consumers in need of repair and service, among other things.
The app allows users to respond with near real-time service quotations, manage service appointments and exchange photos and videos during service. It also allows dealers to answers questions about service via text or email.
Consumers can be notified when the service is complete and the vehicle is ready for pickup, and payments can be processed on a mobile device.
