Milestar to outfit 307 Adventures fleet

CASPER, Wyo. — Tireco Inc. has signed a multi-year sponsorship deal for its Milestar tire brand to become the official tire of 307 Adventures L.L.C., a Casper-based tour organizer specializing in excursions to scenic locations throughout Wyoming.

307 Adventures' fleet of Jeep Wranglers will be outfitted with Milestar's newly released Patagonia M/T tire, designed for harsh off-road conditions while providing a smooth, quiet and comfortable ride during longer on-road hauls, Tireco said.

"We're proud to begin this partnership with 307 Adventures, knowing they sustain and protect the environment by following the principals set forth by non-profit organization Tread Lightly," said Andrew Hoit, Tireco's vice president of sales and marketing.

"We see value in associating Milestar Tires with brands that are committed to the preservation of the natural surroundings and the enjoyment and experience of the great outdoors."

The Milestar Patagonia M/T is available in 15- to 20-inch rim diameter sizes for LT and flotation applications, including Jeep plus-sized fitments.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. 

The "307" in 307 Adventures name comes from Wyoming's state area code.

"Many of our adventure trips start, end, or are based right here in Wyoming so we figured why not '307 Adventures'?" the company states on its website.

Its tours include guided wildlife viewing, fishing, river rafting, camping and off-road driving.

Tireco, a Gardena-based private-brand tire marketer and distributor, said it has aggressive plans to launch additional tread patterns to support the off-road and light truck community.
