Some 2009-11 Econoline vans with 4.6- or 5.4-liter engines may turn on the check engine light and log trouble codes P0130 and P0150 for the upstream oxygen sensor on both banks of the V8. Ford attributes the woes to software incompatibility issues in the PCM.
Reprogramming the module with updated calibration files should turn off the light and vanquish the codes. Check with a dealer for the application specifics of the flash.
