ASE education alliance to meet July 23-26

    LEESBURG, Va. (March 10, 2017) — The ASE Industry Education Alliance will hold its annual instructor training conference July 23-26 in Concord, N.C., with more than70 technical sessions on tap over the event's three days.

    The ASE Industry Education Alliance is a group of organizations under the ASE umbrella providing a career resource from entry-level to retirement for automotive industry personnel and serving as a model for other industries.

    Session presenters at the annual conference will represent more than 35 organizations involved in all aspects of the automotive industry, including 10 OE manufacturers.

    "Our goal is to provide the best mix of professional development and technical training possible for our instructors," said Trish Serratore, president of the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES), two of the alliance's member entities.

    The group has not published the event's agenda yet but said the technical session collectively represent 114 hours of training.

    The event will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Concord.

    Besides the NATEF and AYES, the members of the ASE Industry Education Alliance are the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and the Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC).
