PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (March 7, 2017) — TBC Corp. has opened NTB Tire & Service Center locations in Pennsylvania and South Carolina and relocated a Tire Kingdom Service Center store in Florida.
In Pennsylvania, TBC took over a closed nine-bay Monro Muffler location in Pittsburgh and converted it to its NTB Tire format.
Meanwhile, in South Carolina, the NTB store is an eight-bay greenfield construction in Indian Land, an unincorporated community southwest of Charlotte, N.C.
In Florida, TBC moved an existing Tire Kingdom store in Davie to a former Mobil Quick Lube location in the same community, a town of about 90,000 inhabitants on Florida's Atlantic Coast just west of Fort Lauderdale. The store has seven bays.
TBC did not disclose its investment in any of the projects nor their employment.
The new locations give TBC 11 NTB outlets in the Pittsburgh area and 15 in the greater Charlotte area, including three in South Carolina.
