BOWIE, Md. (Feb. 23, 2017) — LeAnn Harley is the new director of marketing and communications at the Tire Industry Association (TIA).
Ms. Harley has more than 10 years' experience in marketing and communication, TIA said. She will lead TIA's strategic communications initiatives in membership outreach, public relations, event and program awareness, public relations outreach and marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining TIA, Ms. Harley was media relations and program communications manager for the Epilepsy Foundation and prior to that was marketing communications manager for the YWCA National Capital Area.
Ms. Harley holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, N.C.
