LAKE FOREST, Ill. (Jan. 20, 2017) — Tenneco Inc.'s Monroe brand has named Tony Higgins, an outside salesperson with Parts Authority Inc. in San Bernadino, Calif., as the grand prize winner of the social media contest it conducted in conjunction with brand's 100th anniversary.
"We would like to congratulate Tony and thank everyone who participated in the contest," Denise Hanefeld, brand and marketing manager, North America Aftermarket, Tenneco, said in a news release.
As the winner of the Monroe 100 Year Sweepstakes, a contest that encouraged customers and auto care professionals to post photos of Monroe memorabilia on social media, Mr. Higgins will receive a $1,000 Visa gift card.
Rockville Center, N.Y.-based Parts Authority is one of the largest aftermarket automotive/truck part distributors throughout the country, with 83 locations in eight states, including 12 in California.
