BETHESDA, Md. (Nov. 18, 2016) — The Auto Care Association's (ACA)Young Auto Care Network (YANG) now has more than 1,000 members, according to the ACA.
Founded in early 2014, YANG offers professional growth opportunities to auto care industry professionals under the age of 40, the ACA said.
YANG offers webinars, educational conferences and industrywide networking events, the association said. Additionally, the group sponsored a successful round of events at the 2016 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) and continues to evolve its member offerings, it said.
“Hitting 1,000 members in less than two years is an amazing achievement that speaks directly to the energy and enthusiasm of our young executives,” said ACA President and CEO Bill Hanvey.
YANG will continue its educational webinar series and expand its Regional Meet-Up program in 2017, the ACA said. It also will sponsor the YANG Leadership Conference May 5-6, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas, as part of the ACA's Spring Leadership Days.
